David McKenzie joined Campbell Dallas LLP in 2008. After joining Lowe, Bingham & Matthews (now part of the PWC Group) in 1961, David worked in Hong Kong from December 1961 to July 1982, becoming a partner in 1969, gaining extensive experience in the stockmarket boom 1969-1973 followed by the property boom 1973-1982.
Returning to the UK, David worked as a sole practitioner from 1982 to 2008. He became involved in renewable energy in 1986 setting up a BES company, Garbhaig Hydro Power Company Limited and managed and operated the company from inception to date raising finance and working with contractors. David has since been responsible for constructing 3 other developments at Assyng, in Scotland and Silent Valley and Oaklands in Northern Ireland. The Hydro schemes range from 50KW -1MW. David has a wide range of experience in dealing with suppliers and with rating valuation problems for Hydro schemes.
